Embracing Outdoor Education in the Early Years

Our Nursery School pupils have been given a taster of learning in the great outdoors this summer term, with workshops led by Wander and Wonder Nature Club in our very own school grounds. Outdoor education is an important aspect of the UK curriculum and fosters resilience, curiosity and confidence. The children are benefitting enormously from being outside in the fresh air while naturally absorbing lots of new vocabulary.
