Bursary & Scholarship funds
The British Section is a community that looks after its members and extends a warm welcome to newcomers.
We offer both a Bursary Scheme and Scholarship Fund, providing support for existing families experiencing temporary financial difficulties as well as assistance to new families who do not have the financial means to cover the full cost of annual fees. This is a cornerstone of our commitment to inclusivity and continuity.
The Scholarship Fund
- What is the Scholarship Fund? The fund is an independent charitable initiative designed to provide financial assistance to families who are unable to afford the annual fees.
- Why it Matters: The British Section is keen to ensure that children who demonstrate the ability and motivation to benefit from a bilingual education are not prevented from doing so for financial reasons.
- Community-Led: The fund is supported through the generosity of our parents and alumni, as well as specific fundraising events throughout the year. It reflects our value of collective responsibility - ensuring that the British Section remains a stable and supportive home for all our pupils, regardless of financial hurdles.

As pupils enter Collège, there is greater subject specialisation and a drive towards increasing autonomy. The British Section curriculum runs in parallel with the French national curriculum, reinforcing pupils’ ability to move seamlessly between two pedagogical traditions and methodologies.
