CP (UK Year 2) Application Details

Native-level English and French Students are enrolled in a French “Ecole Elémentaire” (‘Ecole du Secteur’) for the French portion of the programme, then released twice a week to attend British Section classes. Children who enrol in this class must be native English speakers and be ready to learn to read and write simultaneously in two languages.

Estimated spaces available for 2027-28: 8-10, mostly externé

Eligibility

• Age: Candidates must normally be born in 2021 to enrol in this class (6 years old)
• Level of English: Applicants must possess age-appropriate native-level English (spoken, written, comprehension) to be considered for these programmes.

Application Fee

The non-refundable Application Fee is 200 €.

Registration Fee

The non-refundable Registration Fee is 1 500 € per child plus an advance on Tuition Fees of 500 € per child. The latter will be deducted from the Annual Tuition Fees invoice issued in September of the year of entry.

Annual Tuition Fees

• 4 051 € per annum (reduced rate, if family paying)
• 7 642 € per annum (standard rates, if employer paying)

Timeline

• December 1 2026 - January 8 2027: pay non-refundable admission fee of €200
• January 15 2027: last day to complete online application forms
• March 2027: testing
• May 2027: acceptances sent

Class Schedule

Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings at Lycée site. Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings at Félix-Eboué.

Site Options

Location: Ecole Félix Eboué, Le Pecq
Schedule: Full-time
Spaces available for 2027-28 academic year: 3
The British Section welcomes approximately 85 students at this partner school located in Le Pecq. Students attend their British Section classes as well as their French classes on the same site. This is the only placement option with after-school care possibilities.

Location: Ecole Internationale, Saint-Germain-en-Laye
Schedule: Externé
Externé spaces for the 2027-28 academic year: 6-8
This is a part-time option in which students come to the Lycée site two half-days per week for their British Section classes. The rest of the time they attend their local French school. Please note that the majority of all primary students at the Lycée are externés (currently 750 students from 13 international sections). Externé students may request a full-time place in successive years depending upon space availability.

There are a limited number of spaces available; priority will go to qualified non-Francophone candidates and current externé students.
